- Helen Woodward Animal Center
Our Pet Pals program is designed especially for playgroups! Each 1-hour visit includes a chance to pet animals, make a souvenir craft, and enjoy your snack in our fenced picnic area. This is a great opportunity to change your playgroup's pace and atmosphere! Cost: $7.00/child $40.00 deposit. - The Model Mom Club
LEGOLAND Model Mom Club is a weekly activity group that meets every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Weekly activities include Stroller Strides Fitness Walks (1st Thursday of the month), Play Groups (2nd and 4th Thursday of the month), and Specialist Visits (3rd Thursday of the month). Model Mom Club activities are open to all LEGOLAND guests with a child under 4-years of age! Play Groups and Specialist Visits are held in the Imagination Zone. Together, Mr. Huguenor and Dr. Evans have worked together since 1979 in leading fathers' groups. The Fathers' Group (TFG) was formed to perform a community service. TFG offers meetings, seminars, workshops, up to date legal information, helpful trends in psychology, guest speakers, and more. The purpose of VegFamily is to provide information to parents that will help them raise healthy vegan children, help their children make the transition to veganism, and provide a forum for them to interact with other vegan parents. VegFamily covers topics in the field of pregnancy, breastfeeding, feeding toddlers and children, teen vegans, nutrition, health, and the social and emotional challenges of raising vegan children in a non-vegan society.
